We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your LOU Swim pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
